Cancellation policy

Payment is made in full at the time of booking. Here is how cancellation works.

• Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation with a full refund of what you paid (stay and tourist tax).
• From 7 days before arrival onwards, and in case of no-show, the booking is non-refundable.
• The 7 days are counted from the arrival date, Italian time.
• The refund goes back to the same card you paid with, usually within a few business days.
• To change your dates, write to me: if there is availability, we’ll find a solution.
